We want you to be completely satisfied with TaniaPDFTool. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions (Pro and Business plans). After this period, refunds may be issued at our discretion in the limited circumstances described below.

The Free plan has no associated charges, so this Refund Policy applies exclusively to paid plans.

02 Refund Eligibility

Whether you qualify for a refund depends on the circumstances of your request:

Eligible for refund
  • Request within 7 days of first subscription payment
  • Verified service outage lasting more than 24 hours
  • Billing error — charged the wrong amount or duplicate charge
  • Core feature completely non-functional for your use case
  • Annual plan — pro-rated refund for unused months (after first 7 days)
Not eligible
  • Request more than 7 days after first payment
  • Change of mind after using the Service extensively
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Account terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month or unused days on monthly plans

03 How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Provide your registered email address, the date of charge, the amount, and a brief description of the reason for your request.

Our team will review and respond within 2 business days. We may ask for additional information if needed.

If approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method and send confirmation to your email.

04 Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved and processed by us:

Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund is initiated on our end.

05 Exceptions & Special Cases

Annual subscriptions: If you subscribed to an annual plan and wish to cancel after the 7-day guarantee window, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any complete calendar months remaining on your subscription, minus the cost of the months already used (calculated at the monthly rate).

Service credits: In some cases, particularly for short outages or minor issues, we may offer account credits instead of a cash refund. Credits are always optional — you may request a cash refund instead.

Promotional pricing: Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are eligible for the same 7-day guarantee. Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually charged.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we're committed to resolving issues fairly.
