Promotional pricing: Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are eligible for the same 7-day guarantee. Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually charged.
Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we're committed to resolving issues fairly.
